Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.
Products and services include wealth management, stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages, investment lending, credit cards and relationship banking to businesses and professionals.
Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, this role is accountable for the development and delivery of segment communication plans and initiatives for a range of B2B and B2C segments. You will act as an advisor in order to identify and implement innovative and industry leading communications approaches in support of business objectives.
Responsibilities include;
Developing segment communication plans utilising a broad range of channels;
Delivery and project management of compliance and marketing communications;
Undertaking agreed measurement and reporting activity to monitor compliance, budgets and adherence to business objectives; and
Managing relationships across stakeholder groups through a partnership approach.
The successful applicant will have;
Tertiary qualifications in journalism, communications, marketing or a related discipline;
Demonstrated experience in a similar communications role;
Copywriting experience (essential);
Excellent attention to detail with good planning, organising and project management skills; and
Be a team player with the ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships.
