Job Description
As a Loans Officer you will provide lending support to the branch staff and excel in customer service. The objective of this role will be to support the Branch Manager in achieving the branch’s sales KPIs by assisting with input, processing and settlement of loan files and credit card applications.
Required Skills
Knowledge of banking products and services.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work within a team to achieve results.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Required Experience
Essential – previous experience working in the financial services sector.
Essential – knowledge of retail and / or business lending.
Essential - previous customer service experience including cash handling.
Experience in sales and cross selling preferred.
