In these roles you are at the forefront of NAB - you are the first point of call for our customers and it is you who leaves a lasting impression with them! Coming into the servicing business you will initially be taking the basic everyday enquiries - everything from providing account balances, changing customer details, answering queries around transactions and determining who to transfer the call to if you are not equipped with the knowledge to handle the enquiry.
As you become competent and comfortable in these roles we will add more strings to your banking bow, with continual upskilling into more specialist areas including credit cards, mortgages and account openings.
We have found that to be successful in these roles you must:
Enjoy taking the time to talk to customers and have real conversations with them
Get satisfaction out of being able to provide solutions for customers
Enjoy working in a structured and monitored environment
Have a desire to continually develop and challenge themselves
Love working in a team environment where your achievements are recognised
To be considered for these roles you will need to possess:
Proven customer service experience
Availability to work shifts between 7am-9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm. A rotational roster will apply.
