Job Title: Customer Service Representatives - Brisbane Metro
Coles Express is changing. We're transforming our stores and need people who can provide great customer service.
We are seeking Expressions Of Interest from dynamic individuals who want to make our customers shopping experience more meaningful and enjoyable at our Coles Express Service Stations across Brisbane.

The focus of the Customer Service Representative role is to provide accurate and timely customer service while ensuring you maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management. You will need to have fantastic customer service skills and previous experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded.
It is essential that you are available to work across Store Trading hours, including weeknights and weekends. Some of our sites are open 24 hours, so some shifts available will be overnight shifts, through to the early morning.
This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Shift times and vacancies will vary across sites, so please tell us your work and location preferences.
