We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our highly motivated and energetic team based in Emerald. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader to continue to develop our active and growing customer base in this progressive regional area. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for:
Leading, developing and motivating your team to achieve high levels of performance
Overseeing and coordinating the development of sales budgets and marketing plans
Managing / resolving performance management issues
Safe operation of all activities in the branch
Staff recruitment and training
Customer and territory management
Compliance to OHS, Quality and Environmental standards
Price and cost management.
This role requires a results oriented individual with high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm to manage and expand this growing regional branch. This will be supported with a proven track record in achieving sales targets along with strong people management, conflict resolution and recruitment skills.
You will also provide well developed skills and experience in:
High level planning and organising
Upholding and driving business processes
Sales coaching and training
Problem solving and analysis of issues
Sales processes with excellent negotiation skills.
Your customer service orientation along with rapport building, resilience and tenacity will also be highly desired. Proficient PC skills in particular with SAP and MS applications are essential along with excellent presentation and well developed communication skills.
